I am an Estate Manager / Chef with UHNW clients. Domestic and international professional experience across a range of settings. Trained in the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Clients have included Donatella Versace, Michael Douglas & Catherine Zeta Jones, HRH Queen Noor of Jordan, Barnes & Noble, The Onassis Foundation, The Netherlands America Foundation, Netherlands Mission to the U.N., Japan Society.

I had the privilege to have worked with many great Chefs in Europe such as Chef Joël Robuchon in Paris, Chef Michel Bras in Laguiole, Chef Roger Souvereyns in Belgium and Chef Regis Marcon in  St.-Bonnet-le-Froid, France.
